Return & Exchange
1.When you received your package, please take a photo of the package, especially
the barcode on the box. And please keep the picture of the barcode carefully. It
will be used as the only Product Guarantee to enjoy the return or replacement
service. Without the testimony, any return or replacement is unaccepted.
2. Within
7 days after received, the items can be returned or replaced. To
return or change the same kind of products, the back freight is on us. To change
other products, buyers are responsible for all fees. Make sure that the returned
items are intact and in the complete original packing. If you need return,
please check twice to confirm the item does not work and contact with us, let us
know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. Then a
unique address will be given to buyers for return. We can't receive the packages
if buyers return by themselves according to the address on shipping package. We
won’t solve such case and buyers should be responsible for the consequences.
It is
IMPORTANT to declare your package as "
Product for Return" on the Customs
Declaration Form, and
DO REMEMBER SIGN YOUR EBAY ID AND ITEM No. or else your
return won't be accepted.
3. Within the period of warranty, the fees of replacement for defective in quality are at our cost only if the replacement is the same kind and the same
size as the defective items. When buyers make sure that the items really doesn't work and in our guarantee policy, please take a photo of cutting lines and
breaking the lamp to us, a new item will be sent to buyers.
4. All replacement products are under brand new conditions with 1 year warranty of DOA.
Other Notices
1. Please do not deliberately let the item immersed for waterproof test and let it away from any kind of liquid. We aren't responsible for this damage. Thanks for your understanding.
2. Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper, installation, vehicle crash, or other types of
impact are not covered by guarantee policy.
3. Any damage of the lighting system of vehicle caused by vehicle system modifications or improper operation is not in the scope of warranty.
4. Please provide us with the relevant pictures of returned items. The items must be returned in the intact original packaging. Damage in transit shall be borne by the freight paying party.
