PERSONALISATION INSTRUCTIONS:
· After you have added the goods to your basket, please leave a note.. *where it states ''ADD A MESSAGE'' on your order before checking out via paypal.
· We will need the names & date that you require to be engraved as soon as possible.
· No proof is sent out.
· We will use the details you send us to personalise.
· Allow between 5-15 working days for cutting, engraving of goods. The despatch timescale for all our personalised products does vary at different times of the year. eg: Peak wedding Season, Christmas etc. Please see the estimated delivery shown on the listing page before ordering to ensure you have left enough time to receive your goods.
SHIPPING:
· Orders are sent out free via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
· If you require a quicker delivery method please choose this option when ordering, however, this does not prioritise your order.
· We are extremely busy at peak times: eg: run upto christmas & wedding season - please consider this when ordering.
· Working hours are between 9am-4pm.
· We do not work evenings and weekends.
