arising under the terms, conditions, disclaimer as set forth above. Venue for
any action arising under or relating to this transaction shall be in the court
of appropriate jurisdiction for Broward County, Florida. If any proceeding is
brought to enforce a parties right under this agreement, the losing party shall
pay all costs and attorneys' fees of the prevailing party.
