These are absolutely like new with NO signs of use or wear. They are being sold as refurbished since there is no original packaging. They come in a plastic sleeve with directions for battery changing. Sony universal remote control with 90 day warranty.  They work great with all my TV's regardless of brand. Uses 2 AAA batteries (not supplied).
