All items are shipped as economically as possible (by calculated weight). This item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge.
Your purchase will always
be shipped within one business day (typically the day after purchase and
receipt of confirmed PayPal payment), but due to the closing of many USPS
locations, actual expected arrival dates may vary from Ebay quoted
time frames. If you need to receive the
item you are purchasing sooner than 4-5 days, please select one of the other
shipping options that are available.
International Buyers: This item will only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International for tracking and insurance purposes.
RETURNS
As a rule, I do not accept returns unless an item is received as defective or damaged. I describe all items as they are, indicating any and all flaws or defects, and if possible include them in photos. I encourage you to enlarge and examine all photos as they are considered part of the item description. I do not claim any maker authenticity or origin other than what is indicated as a maker's or pottery mark. All items are inspected during packaging to ensure that the item is still in the same condition as when listed. If condition has changed I will contact you prior to shipping to advise and resolve. If you feel that an item is not as described when you receive it or arrives defective or damaged, please contact me for resolution. I answer most messages the same day, but during evening hours as I work during the day.
