POSTAGE/DELIVERY TERMS (*Unless otherwise stated)

All orders will be processed within 4 working days* of said order being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and distributed, pending any cleared funds.

UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery , Recorded Delivery or 1st Class Post (only available on limited products), please ensure you choose your desired postage option at checkout. Should you use a trackable postage option your tracking details will be sent to you. We recommend you check the progress of this at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item/

Please note if 1st class post option is taken, we accept not responsibility for undelivered items. We recommend you use a trackable service.

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD: orders with be dispatched, via Royal Mail International Signed For service or Airmail (only available on limited products). On signed for services you will be sent an email automatically with a tracking number once your order has been processed so you can keep an eye on its progress.  

If standard Airmail service is chosen, please note we accept no responsibility for the delivery. We recommend you use a trackable service.

Please note on International Signed For service we recommend you keep an eye on the progress of your package through Royal Mail track and trace to avoid any returns to the UK for unsigned for items www.royalmail.com/track-your-item/.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive the item. We will exchange the item or issue a refund for the original purchase price. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be unused and unwashed to receive a full refund. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment.

If an item has been damaged, then before we can ship a replacement, we kindly ask that you either return it, along with all packaging, to the address before or alternatively, sent us photos of the damaged goods (highlighting the effected area and the packaging it came in) so we can either show our suppliers the problem, claim insurance form the postal service or look at ways of improving packaging this end).

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed.

Wheel-whores.com was formed back in early 2007 by a bunch of like-minded wheel geeks and originally centred around a wheel-related forum where people could talk about their addiction in a safe environment…

Since then the forum has grown, the condition has spread and so has the Wheel Whores name. Wheel Whores is now a globally recognised brand built on demand; basically what our friends, fans and followers have asked for we’ve simply delivered using our own unique spin. It’s not been easy, but it sure has been fun and this is still reflected in everything we do today!

People demanded a high-quality line of merchandise and automotive apparel so we created it. This is now stocked in our many official dealers all over the world. Then followed our own premium wheel care range, which was developed using feedback from Wheel Whores the world over and produced by a company which is as enthusiastic about detailing products as we are wheels. How could it fail?

Recently we developed our own, standalone classifieds platform that would allow us to offer people a slick and photo friendly way to buy, sell and trade wheels on a global scale. The Wheel Sanctuary is still in its infancy, but already proving to be another addictive addition to the Wheel Whores brand.

Where do we go from here? Well we’re not hell-bent on world domination, but if it comes along the way then we’ll embrace it with both arms and spread the love in the process.
