Can be worn either as a dress, plain skirt or the ties can be used on the inside of the skirt to give a layered or ruched effect as seen in the pictures.

Each panel on the inside of the skirt has 2 ties, which can be tied in a bow to give the ruched effect.

100% stretch cotton for comfort.

Made of sections of cotton panels with a lovely floral printed design.

The panels widen towards the hem to give a very full skirt.

Elasticated bandeau to the top of the garment to fit a range of sizes.
