SHIPPING:

All we ask is to mail your purchase in the condition you have received.  Upon, inspection we will refund the total amount minus all shipping charges (unless we had made an error). 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note, there may be a restocking fee for this item.  The fee amount will be applied according to the item condition and may vary from 5% to 20%.  

If you return your item in the original condition and within the time frame the fee is 5%.

If you return your item in new condition but without original packaging or tags as you received, the fee will be between 20%.

If you return your item used or beyond the returns window, no refund will be issued.

The easiest way to exchange an item is to re-purchase a new one if available in your size and return the ones you have for a refund.
