What's in it?

The Devil’s Claw is a hardy desert plant which grows or crawls across the ground. The creeping fronds can reach up to 2 meters in length and produce opposite leaves with purple flowers. Most of the medicinal uses of this plant come from the secondary root system that grows from the primary root. The Devil’s Claw has adapted to drought conditions by storing a lot of moisture and nutrients in these secondary roots which can become very bulbous and swollen.

Quality and Manufacture

The phytochemical properties of the Devil’s Claw plant are stored in its bulbous secondary roots. The harvested roots are thoroughly cleaned before undergoing a process of cold percolation to extract the active constituents into tincture form. This method employs a gradient circulation of the solution which keeps the plant ingredients in perpetual contact with the ethanol. More efficient than maceration, this technique ensures there is less waste of precious plant materials.

How do I take it?

The desired amount of Devil's Claw Tincture can be added to water or fruit juice.

Take 2 - 3ml 2 - 3 times per day or as directed by a Herbal practitioner. 20 drops from the glass dropper equals approximately 1ml.

All international orders to the rest of world are dispatched by Royal Mail airmail. (Does not include Africa)

• We will dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Your order is important to us and so is our FAST DELIVERY TIME promise.

• All orders received are dispatched the same day where possible, but by close of business the next working day.

• The Yodel & Royal Mail First Class delivery service aims to deliver the next day, (however this is not guaranteed so in some cases can take a little longer.)

• If we cannot keep our customer promise to you, we will email you to let you know with an estimated real-time dispatch time, just to keep you in the picture.

ROYAL AIR MAIL TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

The Royal mail estimate these delivery times:

Western Europe within 3 working days, Eastern Europe within five working days, Rest of World within seven working days. (However this is not guaranteed)

WHAT TO DO IF MY PARCEL IS DELAYED

We can track & Trace your parcel if it is being delivered by either Yodel or the Royal Mail Expedited Service. If for whatever reason they have tried to deliver but could not , you can arrange for them to re-deliver the next day.

However if your parcel does get lost in the post we offer a full guarantee that we will send your order out to you again. We normally give a period of time until we call the parcel lost, as in many cases it has been held up and is delivered late. For the UK, we wait 15 working days, for over-seas we wait 20 working days and then if you goods have still not arrived we will send them again.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, under the distance selling regulations you have a period of seven working days from receiving your goods to do so. However at Indigo Herbs we extend that period to 30 working days. Please return the unopened products with a note of your order number and reason for cancellation. When we receive the returned goods we will refund you via paypal for the sale price of the purchase. (Not including additional postage costs).

If you are not satisfied with your products, please get in touch and we will arrange to send a replacement product or arrange a refund (if the product is unopened).All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.
