Orders will be despatched same day if ordered before 12:00, but may not be if ordered after this time. Please bear this in mind if choosing one of the express delivery services.
The delivery service used will depend on the value/weight of the order and the postcode zone (Zones 1, 2 or 3).
Depending on the value of the order and the service used a signature may be required.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. The only guaranteed next day delivery services we offer are the express services (excluding Saturdays and national holidays, Zone 1 only). Express delivery services are not available to some postcodes. Please check with us if you're unsure.

 Royal Mail Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee and Parcelforce Saturday delivery are also available at extra cost. Royal Mail Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee costs £3 extra. Parcelforce Saturday delivery costs £12 extra. Please let us know if you require these.
Parcelforce shipments can be booked to be delivered on appointment. Please let us know if you require this.
