We accept the following forms of payment:

Return Policy

1. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. 
2. If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value.
3. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
4. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed.
5. ITEM / ORDER number is required for all returns.
6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
7. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense.

Shipping & Handling

1. We ship USPS with Delivery Confirmation™ at no addtional cost  to any physical addresses in USA including Alaska and Hawaii. But no Delivery Confirmation™ for APO AE Military addresses.
2. We normally ship within 24 hours after valid payment except holidays.
3. Standard Package is normally delivered within 2~9 days per USPS service.*
4. 2-3 days Priority Mail® is optional with additional charges at check out.*
5. Next Day Express Mail® is through special arrangement only.*
6. * Days designed to be delivered depend on destination.( USPS policy )
7. Insurance. Buyers take the risk for shipping without insurance.
8. We are unable to offer you the option of picking up your order as we ship from numerous warehouses nationwide.
9. We do not combine shipping charges for multiple auction purchases.

Feedback Policy

1. Due to the large volume of sales, feedback is automatically returned to our customers after we receive customers' feedbacks.
