By bidding on or buying this item, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include:

1. We reserve the right to cancel any sale.

2. Payment is expected within 24 hours of winning bid or decision of purchase. 

3. Payments not received after the 24 hour period will be reported as an unpaid item. We reserve the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item if payment has not been received within the 24 hour period.

4. We accept PayPal only.

5. Images (photographs, scans, etc.) included in the listing are to be relied upon as the most accurate description of the item and its condition. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that an item is free from signs of age and/or use, imperfections, defects or restoration, nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of others. Any information regarding the condition of an item is offered as a courtesy and is our opinion only. 

6. It is incumbent on the buyer to comply with applicable local, state and federal taxes, custom duties, etc. International buyers please note, all customs will be declared correctly.

7. We are required to collect California state sales tax of 7.25% on all purchases delivered to an address in California. Buyers of items picked up from or delivered to an address within the Los Angeles Tax District, which includes our premises in Van Nuys, are required to pay additional 2.25% district sales tax, resulting in an aggregate district rate of 9.5% for the Los Angeles tax district. As eBay does not allow for automatic invoicing of additional district sales tax, this amount will be separately invoiced and must be paid in full by the buyer before purchases can be shipped or released.

8. When it's convenient and safe, we can combine multiple items for savings on shipping. 

9. We try and ship most items within 1-3 business days after receipt of funds (except weekends and postal holidays) unless your item requires special packing. We typically ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with the exception of holidays. 

10. We will accept returns for 14 calendar days. After 14 calendar days we do not accept returns. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for unwanted or not deliverable merchandise. No restocking fee will be assessed for broken items. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for unwanted or not deliverable merchandise. Return shipping for broken items will be refunded and not to exceed the seller's original cost.
