These were purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  The housing material seems to be some kind of die cast metal, and it doesn't attract a magnet.  We don't know a lot about them, but if you do, then this listing probably holds a very high profit potential.
