Please be aware that some countries charge customs fees, taxes, and duties, when your order arrives. These fees vary by location and ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your specific area. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges, and may assess restocking fees to cover return shipping expenses.

WE CANNOT ALTER PAPERWORK TO EVADE CUSTOMS FEES! THIS IS AGAINST U.S. LAW.

BRAZIL / BRASIL - please note that all orders to Brazil must now include the CPF number of the person purchasing the product.

If you are not happy with any of our products, please return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

Please follow the eBay returns process for your return. 

Any returns that show damage due to abuse or excessive wear and tear are not covered under this return policy. If there is any indication of electronic tinkering, "modding", or using the wrong voltage on an electronic item will not be accepted.  If an item is returned to us and then refused under this policy, it is up to the customer to pay to have this item returned.
