Returns
policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (unworn) within
30 days and we'll give you a full refund. If you wish to return any
item/s, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel and to return
it within 14 days. Item exchange will
incur relevant postage costs. Due to hygiene reasons swimwear, knickers, lingerie,
bodysuits, bodice, bras, breast pads and any other underwear garments are
unable to be returned. So bear this in mind before purchasing.
Orders
made before 10.30am Monday to Friday are, in most
cases, dispatched the very same day (subject to payment
verification). During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted
within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your
payment. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Please
allow 10 working days for delivery, (15 days for international), before
contacting us.
Most orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. Your item will be
professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely
manner.

decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund or
exchange within 14 days, on items which are in their original condition,
