This is a RARE Original Sales Brochure for the Jaguar E-Type from 1961.  This is a “version 1” brochure initially offered for the E-Type.  It is distinguished form “Version 2” brochures by NOT featuring magazine article reprints of test results.  Being the initial offering, magazines had not yet reviewed the E-Type.  It is also authenticated as a First Edition by the printer’s mark, 'Printed in England by Adams Bros and Shardlow Ltd., Leicester' on the lower right-hand corner of the 8th page.

The brochure is spiral bound and features color illustrations of the E-Type Gran Turismo Roadster and Coupe, technical specifications and technical drawings of the E-Type.  This is a 8-page, metal spiral bound brochure measuring 12” X 9”. Printed for the UK market, all text is in English.

The brochure is in very good condition.  There is some wear on the brochure with a slight crease on the lower, right corner of the front cover.
