All domestic orders are sent with express and are fully trackable with insurance. If you do not want your item to be left unattended at your delivery address and therefore require signature on delivery, you can select this option at checkout.

International customer delivery times will vary based on location and choice of shipping method. We ship via UPS, Aus post international courier and Fed Ex. We select the courier based on what is the quickest, most reliable and most economical choice for your delivery destination.

Estimated delivery time frames for international orders are 7-15 days for express, and approx 15 days for standard shipping depending on your location. Please message us prior to purchase should you require a more accurate shipping time frame estimate.

All international orders are fully trackable with insurance.

For our customers in New Zealand, we use express courier services and you should have your item in approx 3-5 days.

Customs and duties taxes. We will declare your item at a low value to help you avoid import fees. It is the responsibility of the importer to deal with their local customs authority should the situation arise. Of course, we will also be there to assist you however we can.

We accept returns for all faulty/not as described items within the first 30 days. Provided that the item is unused, unaltered and still in its original condition, with all packaging and tags still intact.

It is a requirement on ebay that the customer pays return postage costs.

There will be a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns. This is simply to cover our initial shipping costs as we have offered you “FREE” postage and do not get those costs refunded back to us.

We can also exchange your purchase for another product in stock, be it similar or not provided again that your purchase is still unused and unaltered. Please note that postage costs are payable by the customer.

There have been a few instances of customer’s opening a return request only to return an item that was not purchased through our store, or was clearly old/used, or was a replica item, in an attempt to get a new genuine one for “free”. Because of this we now have several security measures in place to identify with complete certainty and proof that a product is ours. Any customer who returns a watch that is not the item originally sent to them will be reported to ebay, paypal and the authorities.

We accept PayPal as our preferred payment method. We find this is the safest option for both the seller, and importantly for your piece of mind, you the buyer. With both of us fully covered by PayPals buyer protection policy.
