This is a HEAVY sign, and it needs to be fixed securely to the wall or gatepost.
There are two fixing holes, top and bottom.
You will need two LONG, heavy duty, screws to fix this item in place.

Condition

Vintage ceramic plaque, in rustic pottery style, and several decades old.
It has some small chips in the paint, and one or two larger chips in the edges, as shown.
It is still quite charming, though obviously it doesn't look brand new!
You might like to touch the paint up.
