Vintage pottery picture plate.
It shows two men attempting to fly - one with a sort of birdman outfit, and the other with a very amateurish-looking primitive aircraft.
This is a relief picture, with a distinctive cartoon-ish style.
It is definitely a decorative plate, to hang on the wall - it is NOT designed for food use!

The back of the plate is pierced, and has some string threaded through it, to hang it up on the wall.

(La Sabina is a Spanish town, also spelt La Savina.)

Condition
A few scuffs and scratches, as shown.
But it is an unusual sort of wall plate, and would make a nice cheerful decoration, suitable for most rooms in the house.
