These invites are postcard style, size 121mm x 170mm, printed one side only.

Printed on a quality silk card (350gsm) and are professionally produced on the latest digital printing industrial machinery.
All invites come supplied with white quality envelopes.
Posted out within 1 working day of receiving ALL your personalised details needed. (unless you request a preview*).

Please note if you miss any details needed the area will be left blank so to avoid disappointment please double check all your details you send.
If you are not ready to send the personalised details to us, please don't make the purchase until you are.  We need all the details immediately upon purchase being made.

The information you need to send to us in the personalisation box before adding to basket/buying is as follows...

1. The name who's Birthday Celebration it is.
2. The age required on the invites

3. The date of the celebration.
4. The time the celebration starts (and finishes if you require a finish time too).

5. The venue of the celebration.
6. The R.S.V.P. details (if you do not send R.S.V.P. details we will remove it completely from the invites so please make sure you tell us if you want details on for that section).

*We only send a preview if you request to see one (after a purchase as taken place). Just one preview sent only.
Please request to see one at the same time you send your personalised details over, otherwise we will assume no preview is requested.

Don’t forget!!  If you want to see a preview then you need to request to see one at the same time you send your personalised details!

Please take care in sending your details with your punctuation correct and upper and lower case correct where you wish it to be applied, as we copy everything you do exactly as you have requested and will not be held responsible for mistakes you may make.

We do not accept details sent as an attachment picture with written details. You have to type them in a message in eBay please.

Once we have your personalised details we complete and post out within 1 full working day*.

*If you request to see a preview we will send a preview (via eBay messages only) within 1 working day, for you to check and approve the preview.
Upon requesting a preview you are agreeing to view it via eBay messages only. We don't send it via any other way.
When viewing the preview we send, if you are on a mobile device,  you will need to make sure you view it using the eBay app (updated version).
If you have requested to see a preview then we will not complete and post out until we have had a reply on the preview sent, so to avoid delays check your eBay messages often.


We don't work weekends/bank holidays so if you purchase on a weekend/bank holiday we will get back to you on the next working day.
Allow 2 to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver unless you upgrade the postal service at checkout point.
Please note if you purchase a non personalised sample it will be sent non personalised, with random details on it, not personalised to your specification.

We will not accept personalised details sent outside of the eBay platform.
 
Personalised made to order Products are non refundable.
Replacements only given if the item is damaged during transit, providing you send proof, we post out a replacement to you within 1 day.
We do not send refunds on damaged products only replacements. So if you are needing product soon you need to be aware of this.
Your rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances:

• Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
• We will not be held responsible for any errors/spelling etc.. you may have sent.
