Before each part is listed for sale it goes through an inspection process for any flaws or defects it may have. We do not expect anyone to assume any liability on our behalf in connection with the sale of any new or used parts and/or accessories. We strive to be the best on-line new and used parts distributor and by doing so we allow up to 30 days for the return process to occur; we ask that when you receive any part(s) from us to evaluate the condition thoroughly yourself before installing the part(s) for it is possible we may have overlooked a flaw or simply because it was damaged during the shipping process. Once a part or parts have been used or installed it becomes ineligible for return. The buyer is responsible for any damage that occurs during install.

All payments are processed through PayPal securely. If you do not have a eBay account you can still make a purchase, just select the "Check out as guest" button. if you have no paypal account you can use a credit/debit card and ebay will process it through paypal securely. We require payment within 5 days of purchasing any part(s). After 5 days unpaid item case will automatically open.

TAX INFORMATION

All items shipped in New york will be charged a 8% sales tax fee on the item(s), This includes shipping and handeling.

GENERAL SHIPPING 

Our Primary shipping method is the united states postal service (USPS). Depending on size and distance of the part(s) being shipped we hold the right to change our standard shipping method from USPS to FedEx at no additional cost to the buyer. With FedEx shipping methods we request all buyers to use a physical mailing address instead of a P.O. Box. If a physical address is not provided we hold the right to cancel the transaction if the cost of shipping the item(s) to you through USPS exceeds the FedEx shipping cost. We ship parts out Monday through Saturday. Parts purchased on fridays before 4p.m. EST will be shipped out Saturday. Parts bought on Saturday vary on shipment date based on the time they are paid for and size of part(s) sold, reason being every local post office closes at 11a.m.

Handling Time

Parts will ship within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico

We do ship to these locations using USPS. These locations can be expensive to ship to and may require additional shipping cost.

International

We will ship items internationally using the Global Shipping Program. If you are not part of the Global Shipping Program, Shipping is still available but will require additional shipping costs. For a shipping quote to your location please contact us with the zip code of the designated shipping location. All international Packages cannot Exceed 44 lbs(19.95 Kg) in weight. Shipping price is calculated. We do not look to profit off of shipping. Large items (such as fenders and frames) can be very expensive to ship due to sizes and weight of the packages. Please understand we do our best to make shipping affordable; all prices charged are calculated based on an items size and weight. International Wheel Purchases will be shipped WITHOUT tires in order to make weight, Tubes and other hardware will still be included.

Tracking

If tracking information does not show up on your "my eBay" page there is a possibility the item was shipped using FedEx smart post which is carried and delivered by USPS. They do not always scan tracking when processing FedEx smart post, please contact us and we will notify you the date of shipment drop off. Please allow 5-7 business days (depending of shipping distance) for shipment to arrive to you.

RETURNS

We do accept returns up to 30 days after payment. if for whatever reason we have made a mistake during the transaction process we are more than wanting to correct the situation at no cost to the buyer, return shipping label will be paid for by us. However in the event of return that the buyer purchased the wrong item or, simply no longer wants the item; the buyer will not be refunded return shipping and may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please understand this before purchasing any items. The Item must return in the same condition it was listed, shipping damage, or lost in shipping on a return is the buyer's responsibility only. Any returns will be fully inspected of any new damage before refunding the buyer. if damage is found we will message the buyer immediately to resolute any issues.
