Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you can return your item for an exchange/refund within 14 days. Please return the item in the orginal packaging in the same condition the item was received (i.e. with any tags attached) within 14 days.

When you return your item, to enable us to process the return swiftly, please include a note with the following details:

  • Ebay username
  • Method of payment
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or exchange
  • Details of exchange if applicable

Goods must be returned carriage paid. Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to let you knOw we've received your return with the details of any refunds/exchanged items. Refunds will be returned by the same method that purchase was made. We regret that Postage & Packaging will not be refunded.

If you have received an incorrect item, please return it to us within 14 days and will send out a replacement or a full refund including postage and packaging.



Dispatch & Shipping

    • All goods are sent via Royal Mail and will be dispatched within 48hrs of cleared funds
    • Once you receive your item(s), please inspect them for any damage during transit and report any said damage within 24 hours via e-bay message. If all is well, please leave feedback so we are aware that you have received your goods.

    • UK items are posted via Royal Mail 1st class post which is generally delivered in 24 hours however is not guaranteed
    • International post is shipped via Royal Mail Airmail
