This item was acquired at a lost freight auction recently, and we do not know much else about them.  They were in plain corrugated boxes with only one small label, but the AREC04407 part number didn't Google anything.  Finally we put them under the diopter light and found the 0724 number.  They are a three conductor socket in the typical "Mickey Mouse" pattern.  If you've tripped over your power cord one too many times, these will fix things right up.  Just pop the two short black pegs through a pair of convenient holes, then solder something to each of the three conductors.  Better make sure they're the "right somethings" before plugging in the power cord, or you'll find out just how much smoke a small electronic device can make.
