PayPal is the preferred payment method.
All goods are shipped FREE by Royal Mail 1st Class Post within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
ThingsThatDo retain proof of posting but do not usually issue Tracking Numbers for low cost items.
Customers can request tracking when required for an extra cost to be agreed.
We do not charge a premium for postage and will only charge customers for the actual additional postage costs incurred for non-standard delivery which is not included in the purchase price of the item.
ThingsThatDo will accept all buyer return requests within 60 days.
Where goods arrive faulty or damaged photographic proof will greatly assist in providing refund or replacements.
ThingsThatDo will refund or replace incorrectly delivered items free of all charges to the buyer. In other cases not previously mentioned the buyer can still return the goods for a refund or replacement having accepted the return postage costs.
On the rare occasions where goods have not arrived ThingsThatDo will open a case with Royal Mail and, following investigation, appropriate action will be taken to ensure that genuine buyers are refunded or have replacements.
We will do our best to produce your text and images to the highest possible standard.
There is some content which we will not be able to reproduce. This includes content which:
- is pornographic
- is illegal
- promotes hate or violence
- is copyright protected
If we have any concerns about your image we will contact you and offer the opportunity to replace the image or receive a full refund.
