About the brand: Heidemarie Jiline 'Jil' Sander (born 27 November 1943) is a minimalist German fashion designer and the founder of the Jil Sander fashion house.

Sander's trademark look, a contemporary, somewhat odd, New look – originally intended for women conquering executive positions in the 1980s – was that of a precisely cut pantsuit, a slim bouse and a form-fitting coat made of luxurious fabrics in plain grey, beige, blue, black or white. Jil Sander enjoyed almost cult-like followings for her fashions that could all be easily coordinated and have always ranged in the top price segment. For her single-minded focus on understated elegance, high-end materials and refined tailoring, Sander has been described as the Queen of Less, Cashmere-Queen, Master of Minimalism, Cool Blonde, Gentle-Jil or Fashion Reductionist.

Please note that as with every delicate garment we post we try to minimise them being creased and crumpled in its packaging. However with suits we must advise that you may have a few small creases in it as expected and you may wish to have the suit pressed before being worn.

Sending an item overseas may actually be a lot a higher that you would expect, this is because all our items have to be sent both tracked and insured, which obviously bump up the cost.

Please note the postage we quote is non-negotiable. We are aware that Royal Mail offers a small package standard international rate, however this service is uninsured and untraceable.

RETURNS

Returns only apply to 'Buy-It-Now' listings.

Before deciding to return the item, you have a statutory duty to take care of the goods in your possession. This includes any packaging which forms part of the goods. For example, card, pins, tissue paper, plastic bag etc. Basically the item must be returned in the exact same condition as sent out to you. E.g.: Bundling a suit creased into a tiny bag is not acceptable.

Please note that we closely inspect and security mark all items before dispatching, therefore any deliberately damaged garments will not be refunded but will be returned to sender.

If your purchase does not fit you and you require a return for a refund, we are more than happy to do so, however all of our items have been measured as accurate as possible. If you require further measurements to ensure the correct fit, please email us before purchasing the item.

Please also note we do not offer refunds on P&P. This will be the ACTUAL postage paid for the item to be sent to you, not the capped P&P rate that eBay set. (E.g.: a suit to the UK costs approximately £9.00, NOT eBay's capped rate of £4.00). Return P&P costs are to be met by the buyer.

If you do need to return an item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and return back to us within 3 Post Office working days (Saturday included) from receiving the item from us. All items are sent recorded with traceable information when an item has been received and signed for.
