• Most orders ship on the next business day after payment is received. • Bows are shipped to us in an assembled state and are shipped out in the same manner. We will not disassemble a bow to put it in a smaller package.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. We will not do this for any international shipments.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges both to and from your location). The item must be unused, unassembled, unworn, or only tried on for fit/sizing. Packaging, external and internal must be complete and undamaged.

• All of our products are new and come straight from the manufacturer unless stated otherwise. Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you have an issue with one of our products please contact us so that we can further assist you on how to file your claim.

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
• Returns item(s) must be repackaged securely. For ease of return, use the original packaging your order was shipped in and secure correctly.
