Chic Feet are totally committed to customer excellence, if for whatever reason you are not totally happy with the goods we offer a no quibble refund.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING  (Remember! It's you who chooses which service to use, not us.)

Basic Option:   

Our basic free postage option is Royal Mail 48, this service is trackable and is the cheapest method of shipping.

Special Delivery Option:   

Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a guaranteed next day service, fully trackable and insures your parcel up to £500 (Royal mail will not guarantee next day for parcels posted on a Friday). We recommend this service for items needed quickly.

Combining Postage:

If you are purchasing multiple ordinary auctions you must NOT pay until after the last item has finished in order to allow Ebay time to automatically combine the postage for you. If you do not wait and pay for each item individually we are unable to retrospectively combine postage.

DELIVERY TIMES:

ALL of our parcels are dispatched 24 to 48 after payment is received/cleared. (except Saturdays). If your parcel does not arrive within 2-3 days (UK), you must check with your local ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY OFFICE(NOT your local post office, ask your postman for the address or telephone number) to see if they are holding the package for you. (When the Royal Mail are unable to deliver an item they are supposed to leave a card informing you of this.  There is nothing we can do until you have done this.

EXCHANGING ITEMS:

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please contact me first.  I am happy to exchange items if a replacement is available in stock. if so, the original item must be returned within seven days. The item must be in totally original condition. Shoes & boots must NOT be worn outside (only on carpet) and the soles must not be scratched and should be returned complete with the box wrapped in the plastic bag. You must also include the full original postage cost to enable us to send the replacement item.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If an item is to be returned we must be notified immediately by email on receipt of the item and you will be issued with a returns number. The item must be returned within seven days of this notification. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs and the safe return of the item.  NO postage costs of any description will be refunded. Refunds will be made through Paypal only.

If an item is being returned it must be in totally original condition. Shoes & boots must NOT be worn outside (only on carpet) and the soles must not be scratched and should be returned complete with the box wrapped in the plastic bag. Returning the item is YOUR responsibility and we suggest that you send it, at least, by Recorded Delivery.

Please ensure that you are totally happy with your goods because once an item has been worn (sole scratched, heel scuffed etc), we will NOT exchange goods or issue refunds, this is an auction NOT a retail shop.

* If you chose to use this postage option, please understand that you are accepting that the Royal Mail is acting as YOUR agent in this matter. If they lost your parcel we will accept no liability for this loss. We will however submit a claim to the Royal Mail on your behalf for compensation if this should occur.

The Royal Mail will not accept a claim until fifteen working days have elapsed from the date of posting. We obtain Proof of Postage for all our parcels and will be happy to provide a copy if requested. The top limit for compensation claims is £30.00
