All orders are shipped via standard postal services and dispatched within 48 hours of payment. International orders are shipped by Airmail. All items are shipped from the UK. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Postal Services who sometimes fail to deliver on time. Postal Services guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please feel free to contact us.

We offer a return policy within 14 calendar days after receipt of goods. All returned items must be unused and in their original unspoilt and sealed packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the shipping of item/s back to us. However, you are eligible for return cost refund only if the item is found to be defective or not as described. We only sell brand new / unused manufacturer tested products unless stated and there is a very low possibility to receive an defective item. If such a situation occurs please contact us immediately. Our experienced technical team will inspect the returned item and if it is found to be defective we will refund your money including returning costs.
