Vintage 1980s dress making fabric, sold by the metre.
Tubular knit - the tubular width is 36" tubular, 72" opened out (90 cm tubular, 180 cm opened out).
The fabric composition is a high quality wool and acrylic mixture - I believe it is Courtelle.
This sort of material was very popular in the second half of the 20th century, for making garments requiring a slight stretch without sagging.

Machine washable - I have washed a sample of it, at 40 degrees Celsius, and there was no shrinkage.
This is good quality, quite heavy, fabric.
The weight is approximately 500g per metre.
Up to 3 metres can be sent by ordinary post or airmail.
Condition
Unused vintage fabric in very good condition.
The fabric has been in storage since the 1980s, and the edges of the roll are a little faded, but this is ONLY at the edges.
It should be washed before use.
