International Buyers – Please Note: 

Buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may apply on international purchases. Check your local regulations.  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Rennkit will strive to make you satisfied with your merchandise.  Contact us – let us work to resolve any issue first.  However, you may return any unused (as new condition) part within 20 days from the original ship date (Foreign customers have 30 days to return parts) for a full refund less restocking fees.

Simply send an email with reason for return and describe the reason on the back side of your invoice and include it with the parts being returned.  Allow up to 3 weeks from date of shipment for processing refunds and exchanges.

Limited Warranty

RennKit LLC shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. RennKit LLC accepts no responsibility for any consequences resulting from installation of its products on vehicles.  Any defective part or kit will be replaced free of charge provided there is no physical damage caused by installation or abnormal operation.  All parts shall carry a 24 month limited warranty.  Installation by any means shall not be included in the warranty terms.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO THE EBAY "MANAGED PAYMENT SELLER" POLICY, ALL RENNKIT PRODUCTS WE HAVE LISTED ON EBAY ARE INCREASED BY AN ADDITIONAL 12.9% + $0.30 PER ITEM TO COVER THIS UNREASONABLE FEE.  WE REGRET THIS EXTRA CHARGE, BUT EBAY REMAINS A GOOD WAY TO GET OUR NICHE PRODUCTS TO MARKET, ALONG SIDE OUR RENNKIT WEBSITE.
