PAYMENT DETAILS

1. We will only post to the address you have registered with PAYPAL
We use Paypal Postage to process Paypal payments and generate delivery labels
If you require a different delivery address you must register this address on Paypal
and select it in the checkout process
We are not able to amend addresses manually

2. If you make an 'echeque' payment we won’t receive the money from paypal
for up to 2 weeks we don’t post anything until an echeque has cleared
and we have cleared funds this is due to echeque payments frequently failing
To avoid making an echeque payment you need to register a debit or credit card
with Paypal and get your account verified

Due to the nature of this product and to protect copyright, this item is non returnable.

POSTAGE

We ship worldwide using the cheapest, most reliable service
It is Royal Mail's responsibility for item(s) that may get lost or damaged
in the post and not ours at Larch Music

DELIVERY

All items will be securely shipped via a reliable source within 3 business/working days
The date of dispatch will be displayed on the postage label, so if it takes a while to be delivered
although this is very rare please check when we sent it before rating us,
as once sent its then the carriers responsibility to deliver within their stated times
The majority of orders should arrive within 5-7 working days from shipment date
but this is dependant on the carrier
When your order is shipped, your eBay order status will be update as dispatched
Please check this before emailing us asking if your order has been sent

RETURNS

We want all of our customers to be happy with every purchase they make from us
Consequently, if you are not satisfied, we shall work with you until you are
Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy

We ONLY accept returns within 14 days of dispatch
If there is damage to the item (Non Electrical) with regards to manufacture then the customer
must inform us within 1 day of receiving of the item either via email or eBay message
Failure to do so will result in non refund of total value of item
After 10 days we will not be liable to refund
Please note we check every item before it is sent.

PRINTED MUSIC

We do not accept returns on printed music unless the item is faulty
This is to protect copyright laws and the rights of the composer/arranger

No refunds will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situation beyond our control
If your order is damaged during shipping, you must take this up with the carrier as we will no be held liable

Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in its original packaging it was received
The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses both-ways and there are no exceptions
When returning an item please include your Ebay user name and details reason for return or fault details
If you do not include this information we can not issue a refund
