The service we are offering is as follows, you send your crankshaft to us, we re-condition it and it is then carefully packed and sent directly back to you. It's as simple as that!

Turnaround time is roughly 5 days, or we can prioritise and perform faster if you require an emergency rebuild.

What does this service include?

  • Conrod kit (Mitaka, unless otherwise stated)
  • Big end bearing
  • Big end pin
  • Small end bearing (N/A for 4-strokes)

    • What do we do?

    • Your crankshaft will be re-conditioned using a conrod that you have specified (i.e. Mitaka, Wossner, Prox or genuine if required).

    • Your crank will also be balanced to it's original manufacturer's specification (we usually balance them even more accurately, meaning less vibration and prolonged crank life).
