We offer FREE shipping on all orders, standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class post, so should be with you in a day or so.
There is a Next Day delivery option, at an extra cost, and this will be delivered by Royal Mail using their Special Delivery service.
All orders received before 3pm, are posted the same day, in the rare occurance that we do not have the item, we will contact you straight away, to arrange whatever is most suitable for you in the circumstances.

We have a standard 30 day returns policy, though this is not cast in stone, so if you think that you may need longer, if it is a present for example, please let us know and we can arrange it with you.
Also, anything bought in November and December for Christmas, you have until the end of January to return it as standard.
You can either request a return via eBay, or send the item back to us at the address in contact details.
On the basis that the item has not been used, and is in the same condition as sent out,
could please return the item, for hand bags, with the stuffing in place, re wrapped in the bubble wrap, and including the original clear plastic bag and protective dust bag, for other items, as they arrived. We are sorry, but any items that are received back damaged due to inadequate packing/packaging, will not be entitled to a full refund, as will items that have been used. Please also include the invoice, and or return paperwork without this I cannot trace your order, we will then be able to arrange a refund for you.
Apologies for stating the obvious above, but we do have cases of no paperwork, and items received back in a terrible state.
Whilst we would love to be able to offer free returns, due to uor size and cost, we are unable to at this time, but are always looking for ways to do it.

We started our business in 2012 from the spare room and loft of our tiny 2 bed house in London. As things grew we needed more space, which was not an option in expensive London, so we moved up the the Wirral, where Ange is originally from, and is a lot cheaper. We now have a small industrial unit that we work from, which means that we can now store a lot more, and hopefully grow further, and offer a lot more products.
All of our bags come from the factories in Florence, and we have our own dustbags made, so that you can keep you lovely bag safe when it is not being used.
We also tried out dong a few other things, but have now settled on offering only Slenderella nightwear and underwear, these are also a small family run business, with the same views on business as we do, and we have a great working relationship, which over the last few years has gone from strength to strength.
