This is similar to the reproduction GM Astro Van hydroboost mounting plate I also list only without the bolt holes so you can drill your pattern on it. I had these mounting plates made up to fit any Bendix/Bosch hydroboost that I have come across so far and the indexing "tooth" will clock the hydroboost right side up or inverted. Note that it has the correct "tooth" that engages in the keyway on the side of the hydroboost which is required to keep the hydroboost from rotating on the mounting plate should the nut loosen. If you drive aggressively you have probably noticed that things will loosen up over time and you definitely don't want your brake master cylinder to suddenly rotate on you.

You will need to source/fabricate your own nut removal tool or search for the correct Kent-Moore J29192 socket in order to remove/replace the nut from the back of your hydroboost. The nut size is 1 15/16 and the socket can't have an outside dimension greater than 2 1/4" in order to be able to fit into the recess of many hydroboost angled mounting plates. Just be sure you can re-torque it to the OEM specs of 110 ft/lbs., over torqueing can result in a cracked nut. If you have a hydroboost mount where the nut is inset you can cut away the mount to allow a crow foot wrench to fit. Sunex crow foot #97750 is 1 7/8" and will fit on there.

What does this plate do for you? It offers you a 4.40"wide x 4.60" tall, flat surface to mount your hydroboost with.

These come in bare steel, they are cleanly cut by laser and requires only very minor hand filing to fit. You can paint it, powder coat it or have them chromed if you like the shine.

***Note, this is DIY part for people who know what they are doing and know what they need to get it done. It's a relatively cheap part and I don't have time to support tech questions on this part so please don't ask. If you need a bolt in hydroboost I spent the time figuring out how to make those work and.... I sell those in my other listings;)

Keep an eye out for my other listings if you want to buy a hydroboost. I fabricate mounts also so you don't have to cut/thread the hydroboost rod in order to match your pedal assembly. Buy your hydroboost from me and I'll help you get it set up, but please ask to work it out with me prior to purchase to be sure it's something I can accomplish.
