We ship every business day via USPS, UPS or Fedex (At sellers discretion), orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase.

We pack your new wheel using the best safety standards for travel, if you suspect the shipping carrier is responsible for damages, please contact us ASAP so we may resolve the problem.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location, most areas in the U.S. are within 5 days.
Due to high volumes, signature is not required on our shipments.
It is very important to make sure you have a responsible party at your residence to receive the package on the expected ETA.
Santa Ana Wheel is not responsible for reimbursing packages that were lost or stolen due to negligence. 
We cannot guarentee arrival times, but we try to be as accurate as possible when we provide you with your tracking number.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive 2 important emails: 1. When your order has shipped out, 2. When your shipment has arrived.

Expedited shipping is available, the buyer must contact us before the wheel is purchased and shipped. (Estimated $20 more)
Shipping fees are not refundable unless it is determined Santa Ana Wheel is responsible for shipping an incorrect or damaged wheel. 
We allow order cancellations, but we must be contacted prior to the wheel being shipped out.
Once the wheel is scanned and en route, a return request must be started on the buyers end.
In the event you must return the wheel back to us, please pack it the same way with the same material it was shipped in to prevent damage. 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, as long as the item has not been installed on a vehicle and in the same condition when purchased.

If we have shipped a tire that is different then what is stated in the listing and pictures, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
The easiest process for returns:
1. Contact us via eBay with any concerns or issues with the wheel you received.
2. Begin a Return Request on your eBay account. 
3. You will be sent a return label via eBay
4. Ship the wheel and original invoice back to us in the original condition and packaging by dropping off at a local UPS or Fedex Facility.
5. The correct amount of refund will be processed once we receive the wheel back in the expected condition.
6. We ask to help resolve any individual issues before you leave a negative review.
 

What is NOT Refundable
Any wheels that have been installed on a tire and/or vehicle. So please be sure the wheel is the correct one you ordered before installing.
Wheels that have been altered from the original state when purchased. Painted, chromed, etc. 

How do I find my tire size?
Your tire is located on the sidewall of your tire. Locate three sets of numbers next to eachother, 
something like 235/55/18. The last number '18' is your tire size, matching the size of your rim. 

Are your tires new?
Our tires are all take-off, or 99% grade. Take-off tires mean they were taken off a 
new vehicle with less then 500 miles on it. This is as close to new as possible, from there it goes to 99%, 90% and so on. 

Can you reduce the price of the whole set?
Our listed prices are typically the best we can do, we factor in our eBay fee and the shipping. 
Tires can be costly to ship, so thats why we don't have a lot of room to adjust the price. 

How do I know which tire size to get?
We suggest researching the stock tires that came on your car model, and matching that to your wheel size, or we can do that for you, 
please provide the year, make, and model of your car and your desired wheel size. 

What if I only need one or two tires?
We do not break sets of tires. 

Can I pick up locally?
We welcome customers to our shop, we can even mount and balance for a fee, $18/tire 

Do you warranty your tires?
There is no warranty on the tires, but we guarantee they to be in the correct condition as described. 

Do you sell spare donuts?
Unfortunately we do not sell spare tires, they usually only come on new vehicles. 

What If I want a real photo of the wheel?
If you want a real picture or more details on the finish, any damage, etc No problem! Send us your cell number via message and we can text you pictures.
 

What is your return policy and how do I start a return?
We offer 30 days full refund. A return process starts in your purchase history on eBay. Simply select the reason for the return. Simply pack the wheel the same way you received it, same box and packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging please do the best you can to pad the wheel against the walls of the box.
 

What is a Replica wheel?
A replica wheel is an aftermarket wheel that was modeled after an original wheel so it fits and looks exactly like the stock factory one, but it wouldn’t have been manufactured by the car model. For example, a BMW replica wheel will look and fit identical to the original one, but it was not made by BMW.
