First I’d like to thank you for stopping by and taking a look at what I have to offer. All of my items are 100% AUTHENTIC so please buy/bid with confidence. I do not sell knockoff or counterfeit products and wouldn’t even know how to acquire them for that matter. I greatly appreciate your business and am thankful for it.

I strive for 100% customer satisfaction so with that being said if something isn’t right and I have made an error please contact me, I am human and mistakes can happen however I want to fix a problem if it arises.

Because of the nature of most of my products I do not accept returns or exchanges based on “ I don’t like the smell or the color isn’t right to my complexion or I just don’t like it or I ordered the wrong item or the product didn’t take my wrinkles away and don’t look younger,etc...”.

I try and describe everything about the item the best I can however I may not have noticed something. If it says it’s sealed it should be sealed. If it says it isn’t sealed it will not be sealed. Please don’t assume something comes with an item such as original box, pumps, spatulas, applicator puffs etc...unless otherwise stated. Please feel free to contact me with any questions I try my best to reply within a couple of hours.

Your order will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

EXAMPLE: If you order an item on a Monday it will be processed no later than Wednesday. If you order on Thursday it will go out no later than Saturday. If you order on Friday it will go out on Monday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday it will go out Monday or Tuesday. I try my hardest to get orders out as fast as I can. I get approximately 60-80 orders a day and more than that on the weekends so please be patient. If you need it to go out the next day please contact me and I will try to get it out sooner.
