The Lalizas 'Stella' LED lifebuoy light includes the mounting bracket. It is stored upside-down and is activated when turned the correct way up, for example when it is thrown into the water with the lifebuoy.
The 'Stella' light has a high-visibility LED light with a 360° arc of visibility. The use of an LED emitter ensures low power consumption and a compact size.
This lifebuoy light complies with the LSA code, which requires a light to be capable of burning continuously with a lumen intensity of not less than 2cd in all directions for a period of at least 2 hours (although this light will illuminate for approximately 8 hours).
It is CE approved to SOLAS requirements.
