About the Product
The Pure Mexican vanilla contains this higher 35% alcohol content, and is therefore best utilized in those items which require high heat, such as baking. This allows much of the alcohol to cook out. According to US FDA regulations, in order to be labeled “pure” a vanilla extract must have 35% alcohol (FDA 21 CFR169.3). Produced in Mexico using only the highest grade, single sourced, Mexican vanilla beans. Our Mexican vanilla is never blended with another grade or type of bean – it is the absolute best vanilla available in Mexico. The Canosa family, who produces our vanilla exclusively, has been winning the Gold Medal of Honor Award in Mexico for 30 years running. It simply is the best!

Shipping
We ship FREE to the continental 48 states. Items are carefully packaged the same or next business day upon receipt of payment. We Guarantee It! Tracking numbers are posted back to your order once they have been processed. Items will be shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost, unless otherwise noted. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and USA Prossession, territory, or Freely Associated States, additional postage may be required. Special shipping requests may require additional payment. Multiple purchases may also be combined for shipping purposes.
For all international (outside the USA) orders, additional postage will be required. Shipping / Postage quotes can be requested prior to payment. Orders will be shipped via DHL Express International, USPS or eBay's Global Shipping Program.
International Buyers - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges may be prior to payment.
Returns
Returns are not accepted on food items. If the item arrived damaged please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Damage
If you received a broken or damaged item, please contact OnFireGuy right away. We will require a digital photo/picture of the item and packaging to process either a replacement or partial refund. Please hold onto the damaged item, as we may require the item to be returned.
