Our buildings are built to withstand the heavier elements of British weather, no matter whatever you store inside, you can be sure it will be protected. Constructed using pressure treated tongue and groove shiplap cladding, which are re-engineered to be as weather resistant as possible. Our tongue and groove construction are more substantial design than your normal overlap cladding, utilising thicker material for an overall stronger structure. with its interlocking pressure treated tongue and groove design you can guarantee this will last longer than other buildings. We never use inferior materials such as chipboards or OSB board. Our timber specification (Finished Sizes)

• 12mm Tanalised Pressure Treated Swedish Red-Wood Tongue & Groove Shiplap
• 38mm x 50mm Framework throughout the building (Including roof and floor)
• 18mm Tanalised Pressure Treated Floor board planks consisting of floor bearers attached underneath to elevate off the ground 
• 12mm Tanalised Pressure Treated Swedish Red-Wood Tongue & Groove Shiplap for the roof
• 4mm Horticultural glass
• 40kg Heavy duty modified bitumen mineral felt which is individually nail tacked on and not stapled
• All our buildings are manufactured with a tanalised pressure treatment throughout the building to help against rotting, fungal and insect attack
• All our buildings are fully framed throughout and screwed together during the manufacturing process and not stapled thus making it a much more stable building during the erecting process
• Only galvanized nails are used throughout our building, as well as every cladded timber being double nailed for extra strength
• All our buildings arrive with galvanised hinges, galvanised Brenton pad bolts as standard, even if you desire a delivery only option on this building

We would require good clear access to the garden, without any restrictions as the building sections are quite large and heavy whether we deliver only or deliver and fit

If fitting is required then we would require a suitable base. if the base is not suitable then we may not be able to fit the item for yourself. If you have any questions about the suitability of bases then please do contact us

Even though our buildings are given a tanalised pressure treatment, we still recommend that the building is given an oil or spirit-based treatment which will give if protection against water being soaked in. This will also prolong the life of the building and maintenance

All our buildings come in metric sizes which means that sizes can vary. please contact us if you require the specific sizes of a building.
