- EKIA Hobbies ship within 1-3 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) upon receipt of payment.
- EKIA Hobbies is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to invalid information or causes beyond the control of our carriers.
- All orders will be shipped by FedEx USPS or Ground to the 48 contiguous States only, no exceptions.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands shipped by USPS or flight forwarder only.
- No shipping on weekends or holidays.
- Local pick up not available.
- All shipments are insured.
- EKIA Hobbies accepts PayPal only.
- If the product is defected or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
- You must return everything in the same condition we shipped it.
- EKIA Hobbies will refund you the full price of the defective item excluding the shipping costs (No restocking fees) once we received the item.
- 15% restocking fees applying for all returns.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- EKIA Hobbies preferred method of contact is email only.
- EKIA Hobbies does not work on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
