We exhibit our collection in 25,000 square feet of elegant showrooms in our large warehouse very close to the centre of London.

Bespoke Pair Leather Chippendale Wingback Armchairs Alga Green

This is a very handsome bespoke pair of new leather wing back arm chairs in a beautiful antique alga green colour.

They feature fantastic Chippendale style ball and claw legs and beautiful sumptuous leather upholstery.
 

‘Old English’ is an aniline-finished leather that is tanned to ensure a pleasing distressed or ‘aged’ finish from new. Extra fat liquors are applied during tanning to give the leather a slightly waxy feel. These leathers are designed to allow the natural marking variations of the leather to show through to the finish coat.

The chair  is upholstered in top quality Scottish cow hide which has been hand dyed and antiqued. Because they are hand dyed we can finish the leather to any colour requested, and the beautiful antique patina is achieved by the special walnut based stains that we use in the process.

The studding is achieved with close individual nails / studs not by using strips, and each nail is individually hammered in by hand.

The show wood on the chair is solid mahogany and the frames are made from solid beech, so we only use hardwoods.

Handmade English furniture of this quality can last for generations if well-cared for.

Williams and Hill Forwarding is our preferred shipping agent for our valuable and fragile furniture items delivered within the UK.


After you purchase, we will make all the arrangements to get your item to your door.


Stephen Morris Shipping is our preferred specialist for delivery outside of the UK.


Increased shipping costs incurred when purchasing additional items are generally quite low.

For the best value, we recommend offsetting this cost by purchasing multiple items.


We require that someone be home on the agreed delivery day if applicable, otherwise a redelivery fee will apply.


In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the item.


The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.


Unless the item is not as described in a material way, the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
