Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two to four days after dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, please contact us. 

Due to the nature of the watch business, it is possible that a quartz watch arrives with a dead battery. If it is the case please contact us on eBay. We stand behind our products and strive to deliver impeccable customer experience.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 

Return cost must be paid by the buyer. Since our pricing is very aggressive, we are not able to offer Free Returns. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Dead batteries are part a known issue of our business model. We offer greatly discounted watches so you can add fantastic watches to your collection at an affordable price. We did test every watch before shipping them to our trusted fulfillment center but we have no way to predict how long the battery will last.  We will pay $5 for a dead battery replacement. Batteries are normally not covered by watch manufacturer but we understand the deception of receiving a watch with a dead battery. 

REALFORLESS is not an authorized retailer for most brands we carry. This is the reason why we can sell our products for a much lower price than our competition. Since we are not an authorized retailer, we are not bound by the manufacturer's rules. 

What does that mean to you? We will send all original document that came with the watch even the warranty paperwork (if applicable). You will notice the warranty is not stamped. Meaning the manufacturer's warranty WILL NOT APPLY. 

For this reason, we offer a 1-year warranty on our watches. (Upon presentation of original receipt and from the date of purchase.) Batteries are not covered by the 1 year REALFORLESS warranty as it is considered regular maintenance.

Water intrusion/cracked crystal or any damage due to mishandling or buyers negligence is also not covered. 

In the event a watch can't be fixed, we will issue a refund.
