This is an NOS idler arm housing casting. This is the cast bracket that hangs down off the jeep frame and the pedal mounting tube (idler arm) mounts into. These wear out!!! Once these wear out you will start getting quite a bit of unwanted play in the pedals. Of course the brake pedal arms wear out on their own. This NOS bracket has the factory installed bushings. These attach to the frame by three bolts.  Don't let the surface rust fool you. These were never painted from the factory so over the years surface rust has formed on the raw metal. These are cast iron with brass bushings so no worries. The one in the picture has simply been wire brushed. You will have to clean the one you receive. QTM Parts
