How Big is a Billionth of a Meter or One Nanometer?
A nanometer (nm) is approximately 80,000 times thinner than a human hair. CGA Liquid Glass coating is approximately 10 micron, or 10,000 nanometers (or thin!). To make it easier to identify with, imagine that CGA is approximately 500 times thinner than a human hair.

What Exactly Does CGA Liquid Glass Contain?
This truly revolutionary product contains pure, particle free, Silicon Dioxide – SiO2 – which means that it contains "pure glass". The glass is in a molecular form and is held in a liquid. It doesn’t become "glass" until it’s allowed to dry. Just for the record, the glass that makes up windows is not pure glass!

Does the Coating Change the Appearance or Texture of the Treated Surface?
CGA is invisible to the naked eye. This means that when you look at the applied surface all you see is shine, no mat, or cover or sheet, etc.
The CGA coating doesn’t alter the appearance or texture of the treated surface other then the light reflecting from it. Some surfaces may appear to darken, and will have a higher gloss.

How Do Nano Coatings Work and What Are the Benefits?
CGA Liquid Glass 9H Ceramic coatings are extremely durable, flexible, super smooth, breathable and ‘Super Phobic’. Being ‘Super Phobic’ means that it repels oil , water, and soiling. Dirt can attach, but will not bond, infiltrate or damage the coating and will not stick to the treated surface. Liquids such as red wine, or coffee, are unable to penetrate the coating even on fabrics, suede or leather. CGA can protect paint against paint-etching bugs, tree sap, acid rain, and exhaust stains.

This is because the area is protected with a Nano scale layer of glass. Most significantly, almost all treated surfaces can be cleaned with water alone. Solvents and cleaners are, generally, no longer required. This means that, in most instances, environmentally damaging cleaning chemicals are not needed.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WAX SEALANT AND POLISH?
Paint sealant is generally only a synthetic wax.
Wax is a short term protector! Never wax when using CGA 9H NANO Coatings.
Polish is a cleaner that removes defects from paint surfaces in effect creating a nice shine.
That shine will disappear FAST if the surface is not protected immediately.
CGA 9H Coatings are a protector. 
You can use polish on CGA coatings to remove any hard water spots or other defects.

CGA glass coatings – allow the end user to apply a nano-scale layer of super-durable, super-phobic, highly flexible glass to almost any surface.

CGA coating are ole and hydrophobic, you can clean with water alone. Testing by food-processing companies have shown that a standard hot water rinse, left liquid-glass-coated surfaces as sterile as normal surfaces doused with strong disinfecting bleach. SiO2 is the technical term for Liquid Glass. It is made by extracting molecules of SiO2 – Silicon Dioxide – (the primary constituent of glass) from quartz and sand.  These molecules are then combined with CGA proprietary ingredients to form CGA 9H Nano Ceramic Coatings.

The experimental use of Liquid Glass, specifically nano-scale coatings began in the 1980’s. The development of commercial applications began in the early 2000s as anti-graffiti coatings.

The characteristics of CGA provide huge benefits:

When applied it is imperative that the polymerisation process takes place allowing for the ultra thin layer of Liquid Glass to set correctly on the surface. What is amazing is that there are no glues or resins within the matrix of the structure of the coating. The Liquid Glass layer adheres to a surface through the Van Der Waals effect. This means that quantum forces draw the molecules to the substrate layer it is coating.

As a result any surface that is coated with Liquid Glass Protection becomes easy to clean with water and without the need of harsh cleaning chemicals.

Ceramic materials can be very hard and strong, ceramic can withstand extreme heat and chemical erosion that occurs in other materials subjected to acidic or caustic environments.

Ceramics generally can withstand temperatures that range from 1,000 °C to 1,600 °C (1,800 °F to 3,000 °F).

A glass is often not understood as a ceramic because of its amorphous (noncrystalline) character. However, glass making involves several steps of the ceramic process and its mechanical properties are similar to ceramic materials.

When CGA 9H Nano Ceramic combines with moisture in the air, the bonding reaction will turn the liquid ceramic to a, transparent ceramic force field, providing protection to the substrate for many years to come.

CGA can be applied to uneven, rough surfaces without affecting the look or the feel.

It greatly reduces the surface energy, so that when fluids make contact with the surface, spherical droplets are formed that seem to magically roll-off, at the same time.

This revolutionary ceramic coatings greatest advantage is that it increases the surface hardness drastically to give outstanding anti-scratch capability.

CGA is a semi-permanent ceramic coating. It is easily applied by hand in 15-30 minutes and provides long-term shine and protection.

CGA becomes the surface of your vehicle's paint. The inter-locking matrix formed by its molecular structure with the surface molecules of your paintwork provides a far superior coating that will not be washed off like a wax or sealant.

Over a short period of time, wax will break down and require more coatings (3 months or less). CGA Nano 9H Ceramic is not a wax or sealant that will wash away or break down over short spans of time. Scientifically speaking, it is a nano-ceramic coating that forms a permanent adhesion to the paint and can only be removed through abrasion – NO chemical can dissolve the coating, it is true paint protection.
