this is an original paper illustration titled " mrs partington of potsdam " depicting the kaiser as the lady who tried to hold the flood back in 1824 .this has come out of a publication titled " the london charivari " and measures 28cm --20cm .this is in nice used condition.i have many more items you can view in my ebay shop !
