This is a report written for Church World Service in New York, Authored by Pierre Bergeron, M. Div, J.D., of Washington DC in 1983.  There was a note in the book provided by a Jean Jacques Surbeck to "Peter".  The book is 243 pages with three unnumbered appendices with a few uncut pages.  There is a small amount of soiling front cover left side at spine, otherwise book is in like new condition.

I was unable to find a more formal copy of this, if one was ever produced.  There is a Pierre Bergeron who I believe is the author and has a Facebook page, which provides this profile:  Self-Employed, Studied Liberation Theology at Weston Jesuit School of Theology, Studied at Binghamton University, Went to St. Joseph's High School, Lives in Washington, District of Columbia.  I am also able to identify a "Jean Jacques Surbeck" online who has spoken out about Israel and the Palestinian situation.  According to their web page, the "Church World Service is a faith-based organization transforming communities around the globe through just and sustainable responses to hunger, poverty, displacement and disaster."

So that is the provenance.  Based on my internet research, I cannot find any further information on this document, but I'm guessing it provides some interesting viewpoints, based on the note by Jean Jacques Surbeck.
