  • These shoes were bought in Germany and often these models are not yet exported to North America.

All shoes are washed or dry wiped and polished.

All my shoes are from a non-smoking and a no pets household.

I ship as pre-owned shoes, therefore no import duties to date.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or Shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  I send as pre-owned shoes.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - Government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURN POLICY:

To qualify for a hassle-free return,  the item must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED OR THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. I ask that when trying on shoes, please walk on carpet/soft surfaces ONLY. I am an individual, not a merchandise store operation.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ITEM BEING RECEIVED

The buyer will be sent a REQUEST TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION

A  20%  RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AND THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH INITIAL SHIPPING (REGARDLESS IF SELLER PAID IT) AND RETURN SHIPPING. 

IF YOU RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IT NEEDS TO REACH ME 7 DAYS FROM THE TIME IT ARRIVED AT YOUR HOUSE.  PLEASE PACK RETURNS SO THEY DON'T RUB OR RATTLE WHICH MAY CAUSE SCUFFS.  

I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST SHIPMENT.
