• We offer FREE STANDARD domestic shipping and will provide a USPS Delivery Confirmation number with your order (this is not a tracking number as the information is not updated in real time by the Post Office).
• Once a package is in the shipping delivery stream we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
  
• If your item is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you for a new, updated address in which to ship the item back to you at no additional cost.

Our typical turnaround time for processing exchanges is 1 business day from the date we receive the item back at our office. Again, we offer free return shipping labels to send the item back to us for an exchange.
