May be returned for any reason. Items that have a manufacturer defect or arrive somehow broken / incomplete will receive a full refund. Returning the item first may or may not be required to receive a refund. Some returns may be subject to a refund minus the the original actual cost to ship, plus a 10% restocking fee. Such items subject to this would be those that are returned simply because they are not wanted (changed mind/plans) or just generally disliked it (ordered by mistake), but there is no actual defect or performance issue (as designed) with the item such that it performs exactly as intended and is like all the others produced by its manufacturer, will be subject to this.
