For Legends Day in November 2016, Ronnie Fieg joined up with Asics once again to create an exclusive and unique silhouette, which is the Gel Lyte 3.1. The Gel Lyte 3.1 utilizes the same upper as the classic Gel Lyte 3 model, but sits atop a modified sole with updated technology and a better cushioning system. The 3.1 model will never be released again and was only made specifically for Ronnie Fieg for his Legends Day collaboration and his past super green collab. The upper is made of a premium pigskin suede that is super soft and buttery. The quality and attention to detail on these sneakers are insane!
